Hermes Strategy Audit
Get the architecture right before you spend hours configuring the wrong thing.
- Goal and environment assessment
- Model, hosting, and security recommendations
- Written action plan within one business day
Hands-on setup for founders and operators who want a working agent—not another tutorial. We configure what you need, verify one real workflow, and leave you in control.
The gap
× The model works, but tools and permissions do not.
× Telegram or Slack replies, but cannot finish real work.
× Memory, skills, profiles, and automation feel like disconnected features.
× A tutorial ends exactly where your environment gets specific.
Fixed-scope services
No subscription. No credential custody. Provider and hosting fees remain yours.
60 minutes
Get the architecture right before you spend hours configuring the wrong thing.
90 minutes · hands-on
Install, repair, or configure Hermes against one concrete job on your real system.
Scoped separately
For multi-host deployments, custom integrations, migrations, team enablement, or more than one workflow.
How it works
Tell us what Hermes should do, where it will run, and what success looks like.
We agree on scope, access, backup, credentials, price, and a testable result before scheduling.
You remain in control of the machine and enter sensitive values locally. Nothing is recorded.
We run the workflow, document what changed, name limitations, and leave rollback steps.

Who you are working with
Felke Tech is operated by Jack Felke, a systems builder who runs Hermes across macOS, Linux hosts, messaging gateways, profiles, skills, and scheduled workflows.
The work is independent and practical: inspect the real environment, change the smallest necessary surface, test the actual workflow, and leave an understandable handoff.
Straight answers
No. Felke Tech is independent consulting and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nous Research. Hermes Agent is an open-source project by Nous Research.
No. You enter secrets locally and keep control of them. Do not put passwords, tokens, recovery codes, or private keys in the intake form or email.
No. The strategy audit exists to identify feasibility and risk before implementation. A launch session has one agreed, testable outcome; limitations are part of the handoff.
Only when useful and agreed. You create a one-time attended support session, remain present, and can disconnect at any time. Sessions are not recorded.
One machine. One workflow. One verified result.
